High Traffic Areas - All touch points (door handles, hand rails, light switches, tables, chairs, benches, vending machines, public restrooms) will be disinfected multiple times throughout the day using an EPA approved disinfectant. Hand sanitizer will be readily available in all areas of the facility.
Locker Rooms - Clients will be assigned to a specific locker room upon entry. All locker rooms have been marked to identify the recommended 6 feet of social distancing. Use of showers will be prohibited. All locker rooms and associated restroom facilities will be disinfected in between uses.
Spectator Lounge - Lounge area seating will be spaced according to the social-distancing guidelines and cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
Food Service: No food service will be available.
PPE: Face masks will be required for workers responsible for cleaning and/or disinfecting and for those with any close exposure to clients. Face masks will also be required of clients in common areas. Face masks are not required on the ice.
Signage: Signs will be strategically placed throughout the facility to ensure adherence to social distancing, PPE use and infection protection.
MEASURES FOR CLIENTS
Bookings: All ice rental bookings will be made through our easy, user-friendly online booking process. Ice rental times will be staggered to limit interaction between customers entering and exiting.
Entry: All skaters will be allowed entry into the facility 20 minutes before their ice rental time and will be required to exit 20 minutes after their rental to ensure enough time in between clients.
Skaters: Skaters MUST arrive dressed to access the ice (minus skates). For more information, please see the RETURN TO PLAY GUIDELINES provided above.
Spectators: ONLY ONE SPECTATOR PER PLAYER IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE FACILITY!
